We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. For your convenience, we offer travel protection through Travel Guard & Travelex Insurance Services. Purchase travel insurance within 15-days of your initial trip deposit for the most benefits such as pre-existing medical conditions, and options such as Cancel For Any Reason add on.

- Get quotes from both companies and compare the policies (specifically trip delay and trip interruption benefits. Go with the higher coverage.)

You will need:
- Deposit Date & Amount
- Total Trip Package Cost (including the cost of land fee with credit card transaction fees, & airfare.)
- Final Payment Due Date
- Airline Information (if you don’t have it, you can estimate the cost & add it later)
- Trip Dates (Start Date to Date You Return Home)
- Leave Tour Operator field blank
- If offered choose Adventure Bundle.

To be eligible to purchase a Travelex Policy, you must purchase the policy at least 5 days prior to departure.
