- Print a copy of the Policy ID Cards & put it with your travel documents. Here is why.

- Deposit Date & Amount
- Total Trip Package Cost (including the cost of land fee with credit card transaction fees, & airfare.)
- Final Payment Due Date
- Airline Information (if you don’t have it, you can estimate the cost & add it later)
- Trip Dates (Start Date to Date You Return Home)
- Leave Tour Operator field blank.
- Yes, you can purchase travel insurance before a trip has been confirmed.
For School Groups Student Travelers:
Green Edventures student and school group trips use a different travel insurance arrangement. Student travelers and parents should refer to the Student Travel Insurance What’s Include & What’s Not for details specific to those programs.
