She is also trained in Wilderness Advanced First Aid and CPR/AED. She focuses on building a strong group dynamic from the start, helping individuals feel supported as they try new things. Her style is steady and intentional, with an emphasis on trust, respect, and creating an environment where people feel comfortable speaking up and growing their confidence.
